If you are planning on boarding your dog over the holidays through December 31,
a 2023 license is required, even if you have purchased a 2024 license.

After November 30, 2023, 2023 licenses must be purchased through your county treasurer's office.

I tried to register and renew my dog, but every time I put in the renewal ID, I get an error?

Please start from the beginning and type the RENEWAL ID manually because you might be copying blank spaces at the end.

Any problem or issue not related to the renewal ID.

Please contact your county treasurer for any questions/changes after the fact.

You are requesting a refund because two licenses were created for the same dog.

Please contact your county treasurer and explain to them what happened. We only manage the system, and it is up to the treasurer's office to issue the refund.

I keep getting an error message on the screen?

I did not receive a renewal ID and looked everywhere. Can you send me my renewal ID?
